TERMS OF SERVICE

Please take your time and read through my Terms of Service before ordering! When you order commission from me you agree to these ToS. I'm trying to make the conditions as fair and safe as possible for both customer and me.

General

• All prices listed in my pricelist are only informational. The final price will be calculated based on what exactly you ordered.
• I'm drawing everything in my specific style shown in examples in pricelist, please don't ask me to draw in "other" style.
• Please make sure to check my current commission queue and pricelist and be aware of it before ordering commission. The "waiting" time might vary.
• If you want the picture to be done within certain timeframe, you need to tell me that as first thing when ordering commission. I may refuse to take order with deadline.
• If you want the picture to be done as a suprise for someone(gift etc.) and dont want me to publish it(or any work in progress pictures of it) before certain date, you need to let me know about that specifically! Otherwise I might post my progress on it or stream it and ruin the surprise!
• I'm trying to answer any commission related messages within 48 hours(usually within 24 hours). If I assume I will not be able to answer commission related messages for whatever reason, I usually inform about that on my twitter and telegram channel.
• By default I usually finish commissioned picture within two weeks AFTER I receive payment. This time might be different for more complicated pictures or for some other reason, I will let you know specifically regarding your order.

Payment

• I accept payment in euro. Accepted payment method is paypal.
• NO refunds. I don't do refunds at all. You can feel free to cancel your slot anytime BEFORE I move your commission from queue to sketching phase(which means before payment).
• Payment is done after I send you first sketch of your commission. Please have the amount of money we agreed on prepared and be able to pay RIGHT AWAY when I ask you to do so.

Rules

• Please give me ALL references, details, description and information about the commission BEFORE I start working on it - which means when we are discussing the order(and before I calculate the price). Any additional changes or details that you didn't mention when you placed your order will be charged extra!
• Payment needs to be done after I send you first sketch of your commission. Please have the amount of money we agreed on prepared and be able to pay RIGHT AWAY when I ask you to do so.
• Please check the sketch I send you before payment properly, before approving of it. If there is something missing/different from what you ordered let me know right away! That's why there is sketch approval phase, I may charge you extra if you suddenly make me do some change when I'm halfway done with the picture after you already approved the sketch!
• You may request changes(no overly complicated changes!) on the sketch two times for free. Any additional or overly-complicated changes of the sketch will be charged extra.
• Please check final picture you received from me properly. If I forgot to add some detail, marking, etc. that was stated(or shown) EXPLICITLY when you ordered the artwork, I will make the change on the picture for free. You can request such free change on completed picture within one week after I send you the final file. I might refuse to change the finished picture when the one week passes.
• You may ask me to make any changes on finished picture within one week after I send you the final file. If it's something that wasn't explicitly requested or shown when you ordered your picture I will charge you extra to do that kind of edit. I may refuse to do such edit.
• Making any financial profit out of the picture(s) you commissioned from me is not allowed(unless we agree on different terms during negotiation). You can use pictures you commissioned from me however you want as long as its for your personal use.
